You must be at least 18 years old to use Koocheh. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile.
Koocheh has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior, violators will be removed. You agree that you will not post, send, or share content that is:

Every message from another user can be reported, and you can block any user so they can no longer message you. We review reports and act on objectionable content and abusive users - removing offending content and ejecting offending users as soon as possible. We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
You retain ownership of the content you create. You are solely responsible for it. By posting, you grant Koocheh the limited license needed to store and display your content to other users as part of operating the service.
Koocheh relies on your device location to place you in a neighborhood. You control this permission through your device settings. Disabling location will limit core functionality.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koocheh is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
